Stanford Club of HK, Stanford Angels & Entrepreneurs Southeast Asia, Stanford Club of the Philippines and Stanford Club of Singapore are delighted to welcome Jason Tu (GSB MBA 2016) as our speaker at this luncheon on sustainability. The in-person lunch is arranged by Hong Kong Club hosts Kendrick Kwok (BA ’04) and Theodore Ma (BA ’04).

Jason is Founder and CEO of MioTech,  Asia’s largest sustainability data company https://www.miotech.com/. He is one of the world’s leading experts in sustainability and how it intersects with the financial industry.

Founded before ClimateTech became a buzzword, Miotech has raised over US$100M in venture capital from investors including, in alphabetical order, GIC (Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund), Horizon Ventures (Mr. Li Ka Shing’s tech investment firm), HSBC, JP Morgan and Zhenfund.

Jason will talk about his journey building MioTech, his experiences as an entrepreneur in Hong Kong, the current state of climate/sustainability tech and where sustainability may be headed towards the future.
