Looking for a fun Sunday activity with the kids? Just graduated and looking to meet new friends while exercising? Join us for a fun Sunday afternoon hike at Lantau Island, co-organized with the Penn Club of Hong Kong. Friends and family of all ages are welcomed.

Logistics: meet at Central Pier #3 at 2:40 pm, take ferry to Lantau Island, hike, take ferry back arriving at Central Pier at 7:20 pm
Cost: Free. Buy your own ferry tickets ($84.9 roundtrip) at the pier

Hiking plan: The route is about 8 km and takes around 2.5 hours to complete. We will: – Meet at Central Pier #3 at 2:40 pm, then take the 3 pm ferry to Discovery Bay. Please be on time. – Take return ferry at 6:40 pm from Mui Wo, arriving back at Central Pier around 7:20 pm. Ferry cost: HK $40 from Central to Discovery Bay. HK $44.9 from Mui Wo to Central. Each person pays for their own ticket at the pier.
Recommendation: It is recommended that you bring about one liter of water / refreshments, wear sports shoes and outdoor / workout attire to be comfortable. We will pay close attention to the weather during the week before the hike, and send out an email if we need to cancel / postpone the hike due to anticipated rain or thunderstorm.
